Composition

• leonardite (cellu-ligno-carbon isolate; containing humic acid), yeast cell walls (rich in MOS and beta-glucans), Pleurotus ostreatus ground, psyllium husks, apple pectin, partially hydrolysed guar gum
• sensory additive (per kg): Microcrystalline cellulose E460 (160,000 mg)
• zootechnical additives (per kg): Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-1077 4b1711 (1.0 x ¹⁰¹² CFU)

Feeding recommendation

• adult horses: 1 x daily 2 scoops
• foals and young horses: 1 measuring spoon once a day
• it is important to feed the product for at least 30 days
• not suitable for acute cases

Advice: administer the veterinary medicinal product at intervals (at least 2 hours) from EQX Anti-Faeces Water. Faecal colour may change. Do not store above 25°C. Keep pack tightly closed and store in a dry place. Use within 6 months after opening. Do not heat the product.

Instructions for use

• to achieve the optimum effect, the product should be fed dry
• if it is fed in combination with mash, it is important that the mash swells first and that the anti-defecation water is only stirred in immediately before feeding
• the yeast cell walls contained in the product lose their effect if they come into contact with water over a longer period of time, so it is particularly important that the product only comes into contact with moisture shortly before feeding
• the exact period of time in which the yeast cell walls lose their effect depends on several factors, such as the water temperature and the exposure time
• anti-fecal water in brief contact with moisture (a few minutes): the active ingredients remain active
• antifouling water in prolonged contact with moisture (30 minutes or more): the yeast cell walls begin to change their structure and their binding capacity for harmful substances decreases
• anti-faeces water in prolonged contact with moisture (several hours, e.g. soaked overnight): the effect is largely lost
• in the event of known reactions, e.g. change of stable, change from stable to pasture, worming or change of feed, it is recommended to feed the product at least 30 days in advance to avoid extreme intestinal reactions
