Ludgers Gastric Gel, support of the gastric mucosa function, for diarrhoea
Please note the waiting period: 48h!
Ludger's N GASTRIC | GEL is designed to limit the production of gastric acid, protect the stomach lining and increase its mucus production. Aloe Vera contains lectins which bind to the cells of the mucous membranes and can thus reduce the production of gastric acid. Furthermore, Aloe Vera is known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and protects the mucous membranes due to these properties. In addition, Aloe Vera can improve the production of mucus by the glandular cells. Aluminium phosphate protects the stomach mucous membranes by means of a barrier layer. It also supports the production of prostaglandins, which can stimulate mucus and bicarbonate production and reduce acid production. Glutamine is an important source of energy for the renewal of mucous membrane cells and thus helps to heal lesions / ulcers and ensure an intact stomach lining. As a prebiotic, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) promote the good microflora in the stomach. This leads to a reduction of harmful gas and lactic acid formation through bacterial fermentation.
