Feeding recommendation

• 1 level measuring cup (approx. 100 g) daily for a horse with 600 kg body weight

• for a pony/small horse approx. 35-70 g

• this individual amount can be doubled if necessary (e.g. for sport horses)

• for older horses, gradual feeding is recommended

• to support muscle development, ideally feed one hour before or directly after exercise, whereby a small amount of an energy source (e.g. 100 g corn flakes) should be given at the same time for optimal metabolisation

• continuous feeding is advisable

Note: navalis orthosal® Amino 20 for horses is used to supplement the protein in a typical hay and oat ration with highly bioavailable amino acids. The supplementary feed is therefore suitable for supporting muscle development and for faster regeneration after high performance demands. It is also suitable for use in broodmares, young growing horses, old horses and horses with a catabolic metabolism.
