Covalliero Airbag Vest Spark

The airbag vest Spark by Covalliero guarantees a high wearing comfort thanks to its lightweight materials. The vest can be worn over normal clothing or over other safety clothing. A rip cord connects the airbag vest to the saddle and should be attached there immediately after getting into the saddle. As soon as the safety mechanism is triggered via the rip cord, the vest fills with air within 0.3 seconds. The vest then forms an airbag around the upper body. It covers the chest, hips, back and spine and provides optimum protection against injuries. After replacing the used CO2 cartridge, the airbag is immediately ready for use again.

Note: The cartridge is included in the delivery. An unintentional release for example when getting off the horse without releasing the ripcord from the saddle is very unlikely, because a force of about 300N (30kg) is needed to activate the airbag.
