General effects of magnetic field therapy:

Instructions for use

• accustom the horse gradually, as it may feel a slight tickle at the beginning caused by the higher localised blood flow
• it is advisable to monitor the horse during the first few applications to prevent it from damaging the blanket
• can be used on horses of all ages and sexes when the horse is resting, including permanent use if necessary
• only apply when the horse is resting and cooled down to avoid possible disturbances that could irritate the horse's behaviour
• not suitable for paddock use or dynamic activities (e.g. grazing, lunging, riding, etc.)

Caution:

• If injuries are present, do not use in the acute phase (in the first 5 days)!
• Do not use if there are significant haematomas, open wounds, bleeding, injuries or untreated infections, as the magnetic effect could contribute to an expansion of the area affected by these pathologies!
• Do not use in combination with anti-inflammatory drugs or ointments or with liquefying agents applied to the areas affected by the magnetic treatment!
• Do not use in the presence of a person with a pacemaker!
