Trust Sweet Iron 2,5-Ring Bit Medium Port

This Trust 2,5-ring bit is a handmade model with a bar as mouthpiece. To create more room for the tongue, the bar bit has a curvature so that the pressure on the middle of the tongue is also reduced. This mouthpiece is ideal for horses with a sensitive tongue and for horses that stick out their tongue when riding. The special Sweet Iron alloy stimulates chewing and saliva production in a natural way, which also makes the mouthpiece more accepted. The side piece consists of a large ring, which has an integrated ring and an attached small ring. The cheek piece is attached to the attached ring and the rein can be attached to the large or integrated ring depending on the desired effect. The further down the rein is attached, the greater the leverage of the bit. The large ring is not firmly attached to the mouthpiece, which creates more movement in the bit and the rein aids arrive more indirectly.

Note: When not in use, a thin layer of orange-brown rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and is not a quality defect!
