Beris Pelham with leather pole
Pelhams are dentures with leverage, this comes with a 5cm long suit and a leather bar, which is convincing with its high acceptance. As leather is a purely natural product, it promotes chewing activity immensely and also lies comfortably in the mouth due to the anatomically pre-shaped bar. The additional teeth discs effectively prevent the lips from getting caught, which rounds off the characteristics of this Pelham. Pelhams are especially suitable for horses that are very "hot" or for horses that have problems going through the neck. This bit gives the rider a sharper impact, which can be especially advantageous in critical situations such as stinging.
