Trust Inno Sense Pelham Mullen

This Pelham by Trust is a model with a mouthpiece made of plastic. The bar bit is slightly curved forward and has a rigid core, which does not make the mouthpiece flexible. However, the plastic around the core gives the mouthpiece a soft feel. The plastics used have been tested and approved by the FDA, which means they are non-toxic and there are no plasticisers. The Pelham side piece can be ridden with one or two reins and combines the action of a snaffle and a curb bit. The lower rein provides the action of the curb bit and the upper rein allows a smooth connection between the horse's mouth and the rider's hand. When used with one rein, pelham straps are required, which are not included. The Pelham is mainly used on very strong horses and those that have a too small mouth for two mouthpieces.

Note: As this is a soft material, it may show signs of wear from the horse's teeth. These do not represent a quality defect.
