Trust Sweet Iron Pony  Loose Ring Bit Locked

The Trust Pony loose ring bit is a model that has been specially adapted to the needs of ponies. This jointed loose ring bit has the special feature that it locks when pressure is applied to the reins and becomes a bar bit. When the pressure is released, it is again a normal single broken loose ring bit. Thanks to this feature it is ideal for ponies that go strongly against the hand. The side pieces consist of loose rings, which allow the bit to move more freely in the mouth, but this also means that the rider's aids arrive more indirectly. The special Sweet Iron alloy forms surface rust and naturally stimulates saliva production, so the bit is very well accepted by most ponies.

Note: When not in use, a thin orange-brown layer of rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and is not a quality defect!
