Product description

Trust Sweet Iron Kimblewick French Link

This Sweet Iron Kimblewick comes by Trust and has a special variation of the double-broken mouthpiece, the so-called French Link. In the middle of this mouthpiece there is an eight-shaped plate which exerts even pressure on the tongue. It is also shaped more towards the mouth, has two hinge points and lies a little looser in the horse's mouth. The Sweet Iron alloy ensures a high level of acceptance and also naturally stimulates saliva production, as sweet-tasting surface rust is formed for horses on contact with moisture. With the Kimblewick, the rider can determine the sharpness of the bit. The further down the reins are placed, the greater the leverage, the sharper the bit then becomes. It is a type of jumping bit, but is ridden with only one rein and also has a milder action than a normal jumping bit.

Note: When not in use, a thin layer of orange-brown rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and is not a quality defect!
